At Mocean Training, we believe movement is more than just exercise—it’s a way to reclaim your strength, energy, and confidence. We’re dedicated to helping you build lasting strength, stability, and mobility right from the comfort of your own home.
The idea for Mocean Training was born from something deeply personal. Watching my own family and others in my community struggle to prioritize their health—due to busy schedules, financial limitations, anxiety, lack of transportation, or the demands of raising a family—I realized that the traditional gym model doesn’t work for everyone. Too many people were putting their well-being on the back burner, not because they didn’t care, but because access and time were standing in the way.
That’s where we come in.
Mocean Training exists to break down those barriers. We bring everything you need for a full, effective workout—equipment, expertise, and encouragement—right to your doorstep. Whether you’re working toward a personal fitness goal or just want to feel stronger and more capable in your daily life, we meet you where you are.
Our programs go beyond just customized workouts and nutrition plans. We focus on a mindset shift—empowering you to create real, sustainable changes that last far beyond the training sessions. We’re here to support you every step of the way, helping you build not only a stronger body, but also greater confidence and resilience.

Emma Rose Prupas
Hi, I’m Emma Rose Prupas, founder of Mocean Training and a certified personal trainer with a deep-rooted passion for movement, strength, and helping others feel their best—both physically and mentally.
Before I stepped into the world of personal training, I spent years immersed in the equestrian industry. I grew up working with horses and eventually became a professional rider, traveling across North America and France to compete and train. That experience taught me firsthand the importance of a body that isn’t just strong, but also mobile, balanced, and resilient. Riding demanded more than just physical strength—it required a deep connection between body and mind, and a constant awareness of how to move with control and purpose.
While I was traveling, getting to a gym was often difficult. Between long days in the saddle and limited access, I found myself squeezing in workouts at home—making the most of what I had. That’s where the idea behind Mocean Training began to take shape: fitness should be accessible, flexible, and meet people where they are.
I’m certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and hold a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. These tools, combined with my background in coaching riders, allow me to help clients develop better movement patterns, avoid injury, and build strength that serves them in real life—not just in the gym.
